How To Order?

When you have found the item you want to buy click on the "Buy Me Now!" button and the item will be added to your shopping cart in the top right hand corner.

You can "View Basket" and from here you can amend, cancel items and also view product information. If you make any changes to your basket remember to click the "update" button to make the changes.

When you have finished shopping click to "Checkout" - you will be asked to sign in. Or create a new account if it is your first purchase with us.

You will then need to select the required shipping address and shipping method and type.

You must then check your order details ensuring that the shipping and billing addresses are correct and the shipping method and "Shopping Basket" contents and price are as required. Then enter your credit card details and click on 'Process Order' to process your order using our secure server.

Once your order has been submitted we will send you an email confirming the order details. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking the “My Orders" section. We will keep you updated with the progress of your order and send you another email when we have despatched your items. Your account will not be debited until your order has been despatched at which point our acceptance of your order takes place.

First time users

• From the Natural Little People website, choose the item(s) you want and click on the 'Buy Me Now!' button.
• When you have placed all your items in your basket click on 'Checkout'
• As a new customer you will need to 'Create a New Account'. The process of creating a new account is simple. Provide us with some basic details about yourself to enable us to deliver the items to you. The information you supply will act as both your registered/billing address and default shipping address.
• Then complete the simple registration process by clicking on 'Submit'. Once we have confirmed your registration, hit 'Continue' to proceed.
• Check your details are correct, in particular your billing and shipping address. Then fill out your credit card details and press the 'Process Order' button.
• In addition to the on-line confirmation stating that we have successfully received your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming all the details and another e-mail when your items have been dispatched and are on their way.

Existing users

• From the Natural Little People website, choose the item(s) you want and click on the 'Buy Me Now!' button.
• When you have placed all your items in your basket click on 'Checkout'.
• As an existing user, fill in your e-mail address and password, and click on the 'Log on' button.
• Check your details are correct, in particular your billing and shipping address. Then fill out your credit card details and press the 'Process Order' button.
• In addition to the on-line confirmation stating that we have successfully received your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming all the details and another e-mail when your items have been dispatched and are on their way.
