Returns Policy
We hope you will be delighted with our products. If you are not totally satisfied with your order you may return the product in an unused and re-saleable condition within 14 days for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price, excluding postage and packing.
We would ask that due to the nature of skincare products you observe the ingredients list when ordering and refrain from returning such products unless of course the item is faulty.
We require that you pay return postage to us and we will not refund the initial P&P costs to you (even if no charge was made initially due to the value of your order.
Postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. If returning goods to us we suggest you get a 'certificate of posting' (free of charge) from your post office so that you can claim compensation from Royal Mail should the parcel not reach us. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post.
