These rates are set to include both postage and packing. Your orders will always be packed with care.

Outside the UK
For orders to destinations outside the UK please contact us for a quotation prior to order and payment.
Despatch
Normally orders made and paid for on a weekday before 6pm will be despatched the next working day. Where we do not achieve this we will usually despatch such orders on the second day after the order was made. If you pay by cheque we reserve the right to despatch your goods after your cheque has cleared (please allow five working days for this).
You will receive an email to confirm your order and subsequently when your order has been despatched. In the case where a delay is likely or an item is out of stock we will notify you of the estimated delivery time.
Delivery Schedule
UK. Most orders are sent First Class (next day delivery for most UK destinations). Some heavier items are sent Royal Mail Standard Parcels (delivery time 3-5 working days).
Europe. For orders to destinations outside the UK please contact us for a quotation.
Items out of stock
We aim to keep comfortable stock levels on all items and next day despatch is usual. Where such immediate despatch is not possible we aim to despatch within 3 working days. From time to time some goods sell faster than we can anticipate and, therefore, if an item is out of stock this should be apparent on the website when ordering. Please contact us if you wish to place an order for such an item before it comes back into stock. We try to restock items as soon as possible.
